Staying at the forefront of innovation
Maintaining leadership in any market is a challenge. Today’s high-tech industrial markets are moving ever faster and are increasingly complex. Keeping up with the innovation pace and evolution of society, companies need system architects that will have the breadth of knowledge to ensure that companies develop the right solutions that meet the needs of increasingly complex markets.
For technology company NXP Semiconductors, a training programme that turns top engineers into system architects, is playing a key role in keeping them at the forefront of a broad range of markets from automotive electronics to wireless infrastructure, from designing tomorrow’s generation of integrated circuits or complete systems-of-systems.
TNO-ESI offers competence development programmes for architects working in high-tech industry. The programmes are always defined and executed in close cooperation with our industrial partners. Main goals are to accelerate innovation and to develop the professional and leadership competencies of industrial engineers and system architects.
This was the 2nd dedicated NXP training programme. It started in September 2012 and finished in June 2013 with 4 excellent team presentations and a diploma ceremony.
