TEST TEST TEST
For many of us, including myself, it was a short working week after enjoying the extra days off on 4 and 5 May. Not for everyone, since the ECSEL deadline for project-outlines (POs) was last Tuesday and three proposals in which ESI participates were submitted: TRUSTED, TRANSACT and EXA. TRUSTED, where we are in the lead, took particular effort and kept some colleagues from enjoying the long weekend. Thank you guys!
As work, apart from being executed remotely, is continuing pretty much business as usual, so is onboarding new colleagues. Per last Wednesday, we have been joined by James Hay from Altran who will help realizing and professionalizing the SECREDAS demo on architectural reasoning for safety and security. I gather from Ronald and Behnam, who were at HTC-25 to receive him, that initial onboarding went well, so despite the current limitations it is good to see that this part of ESI life also continues. James already introduced himself by mail today. James, welcome at ESI, and hope you can meet your new ESI colleagues soon.
